Save To folder. Will save current layout into the actual folder you are browsing in the layout browser.

New Folder. Will create a new folder to save layouts in.

New Layout. While in layout browser, this button allows you to create a new layout.

Connection status / button. Use this button to connect to a PC running CCP Server. Icon will turn green once you are successfully connected. Hold it to disconnect.

Edit Mode. Toggles edit mode, which allows to edit a layout and access it’s options.

  1. -Auto-Save on exit : will save current layout when closing the application.

  2. -Idle timer :  use this to override your device auto sleep time.

  3. -Default Skin : Select one of the default skin to be used complete skins which don’t have all types of layout items (example : a skin might not have joysticks or indicators).

  4. -Auto Render : will “Render” layout graphics as soon as you load them, might increase layout switching / loading time.

  5. - Reimport defaults : Use this button to reimport the default layouts folder. (Useful if you overwritten them

- Export Layout. Will save the current layout to “Exported” folder. Copy to your PC this folder through iTunes.

- Submit Layout : Allows you to submit the layout to CCP Layout server so to share it with other users. Layouts are subject to our review before before being published online.

- Background : Use the switch button to cycle the available backgrounds for        the current skin.

  1. -Master channel identifier : Used to receive data from a specific PC application. So that a layout can listen only to the data regarding it.

  2. -Grid size : Handles layout items auto alignement.

  3. -Layout Skin : Select the skin you want to use for current layout.

  4. -Layout Application : Here you can select a specific application running on your PC and bind your layout to it.

  5. -PC App : highlights the current application in foreground on your PC and allows you to fastly bind it to current layout.

Layout Browser : Swipe from the left side of the screen to display the layout browser handle. Drag it to reveal the panel.

Application settings.  Will open a window with all general settings for the application.

Layout settings.  Will open a window with all settings relative to the current layout.

Skins : Press this button to import skins added to CCP application folder through iTunes application on your PC. Imported skins will then be selectable from the layout settings panel.

Default Layouts : This folder contains the default layout CCP will ship with.

User Layouts : Use this folder to create your layouts, you can add folders to it.

Imported Layouts : Layouts dropped into CCP main folder from iTunes will automatically be imported into this folder. Export them to the folder you want after having imported them.

Exported Layouts : When you export a layout it will end up in this folder. Copy it into your PC from CCP Main folder accessible via iTunes application.

Download Layouts : Let’s you search and download other user submitted layouts. Search for the application and games you use and maybe another user already created a layout for it.

Interface / General

Item Editing

While in edit mode, tap an item of the layout to reveal 4 buttons allowing you to modify it

- Delete item : press it to delete the selected layout item.

- Setup : access the item setup window, from there you can control, size text and configure what the item should do.

- Clone : will duplicate the item.

  1. -Info : editable info field. It will automatically display the keyboard / joystick inputs configured.

  2. -User can write notes in here.

  3. -You can access infos even while NOT in edit mode by double tapping the item and holding the second tap. (Long double tap).

  1. -Text : Allows you to modify text properties as font , size and color

  2. -Settings : Configure what the item will do (Example : Which keyboard combination to send to PC)

  3. -Channel : Configure a channel to receive and display data send by from the PC.

  4. -Z-Index : Use this number to define the “depth” of the layout item. A higher value will make the item be displayed on top of a item with a lower Z-Index.
