We are still working on it, so expect changes (especially the control sticks in third person camera mode).
Here are the pics, the in-cockpit view (right image) is from the same plane as first image. (so yeah, each plane type will have it’s own cockpit !!! )
We can’t yet tell you how many planes the game will feature, but they will be divided into classes, each one with his own specialities ..

Well on my pc I have a fligh simulature game in that game there is carrier landing and take , it sways because of the waves, on in Rc plane the air carrier too should sway like so it will make carrier take off and landing more interesting.
And I forgot to mention it makes it more realistic, one more thing could you make the carrier move around the cost , I’m sure you will be able to do these things in the next update of …………..
I wish you can have a way to unlock the bigger/better planes

I agree. Make the carrier pitch and roll with the waves so the realism is captured even more. However, this is such an awesome app and I am not complaining with what we have so far, especially compared to a CPU sim game… This app rocks

I dont think u realise that aircraft carriers sway very little to none? But having it move would be extremely awesome! Please make a way to unlock new planes/locations, it would make it more interesting and u could add more of these through updates!
Actually carriers can pitch and sway up to 20 feet thank you very much. There was an F9F that got sheared almost in half because of that.

I think we’re around an 80% done, Phillip. The game is pretty there, but still missing some important features we really want to put in. Huge efforts have been going on to make it really scalable, hoping to make it run even on Ipod4gs at the end.

It looks really good. There is still some work to do, in terms of flight simulation for the IPad. RC plane is without a doubt one of the best flight simulator available, so congratulations on that! Just hope this new game will be the one I have been looking for. I really look forward to try it.

Autopilot on the real planes make the plane fly straight forward and control its speed, so the plane dont stall. Its only used on long flights.
Should’nt we have the secret project planes like the Horten Ho 229? And put faction symbols,bombers,and a feature that lets us paint our plane. And never forget what Phillip De Souza said. Put the arrester cables. Follow this and you’ll have a winner in your hands!

This is off topic from this post, but I Have noticed a few things with the “AC-1300″. First, it is actually a C-130. The AC-130 is the C-130 converted into a gunship. Also, when the cargo bay is open you experience unrealistic turbulence, if you were to be flying flat you wouldn’t experience turbulence with it open.
One more thing is that I think you guys should try to improve the physics. Heavier planes should fall a lot faster than smaller planes when engines are off. (The C-130 glides longer than the Pro Cruiser)
Sorry if I sound critical. This is a great game, but there are definitely some stuff that could be improved to make the game MUCH better.

I love RC Plane 2. Clearly, one of my favorite games on the App Store. However, as always, there’s something that can be changed or added. For 1, the Desert Map needs more modes, or new ones, Second, why not add a weather system to it to experience going through a thunderstorm for example, Thirdly, more planes are more awesome, and I always wanted to see an A-10 Thundebolt or a B2 Spirit. Lastly, why not add Helicopters and planes together in the same game? That would be amazing!!! C’mon who agrees with me?

The guy writing using the “admin” account is our company founder, main programmer, main concept designer, in one word – the boss – of Frozen Pepper, while i am the one in charge of creating the musics, the sounds and programming the audio engine. We have three more members (a pure programmer and two graphic artists) but they usually don’t write in here, so, to answer your question “Happycamper” is not a member of the developing team. I have quite a ways before something like that (i.e. I have bad habits like being distracted and playing before working and several years like college and tings to learn and so forth. Oh and glaring at bad habits doesn’t do anything…. Just in case you were wondering…. curious things, bad habits… they’re hard to get rid of… anyways…).

I was reading a previous comment about music in RC Plane 2 and wanted to throw in my thoughts (well, maybe not throw but toss in).
I really like the music in Free Flight. It fits quite well with the sense of open flying and it’s just calm and peaceful. Really nice to listen too as you fly around. All the music is done great and fits just as great. Except the main menu music. I personally don’t like the main menu music. I’m not sure it really fits with the theme of the game. It doesn’t really feel like “flying” to me. It would be nice if the main menu music sounded something more like “in the garage, as the sun is coming over the horizon, excited and ready to go fly outside in the morning dew” mixed with the free flight music. I think that would fit a lot better.
Josh, I would think they have done some work on RC Plane 2 but they probably have been working mostly on this game.

Hello Jacob! The game is evolving costantly. Currently, designers are oriented toward a number of 6-8 airplanes, each one with unique features, characteristics and cockpit view. As you can imagine, each plane requires a lot of work because of the graphics and it’s balancing into the overall gameplay. About the Iran scenario, i don’t think we will have something like that: the game is called 1948 and it’s not our intention to put in real geo politics tensions we see nowadays. Missiles and AAA guns, yes to both, you’ll be able to choose between many different types.

WHy not a all I have done carrier landing and take off on the Microsoft program flight simulature X and the carrier does rock it rocks so much that I de activate the parking brakes the F-18 aircraft rolls of the c……………, besides I have been on a real carrier ( it was tour)

The team should make the game so you say stuff from the cockpit for example “you are now free to move about the cabin” and other stuff. The team should also make it so it has an auto pilot mode

we all wish to deliver you the games completely free of charge but you have to understand this is a full time job for us and we, in first place, have to spend lots of money and resources (read: time) in it. That said, you have to expect some form of purchases into the game but believe me, i don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
I actually can’t disclose more but everything will be clear once the game is released and you’ll be free to give us tons of feedback about that too.
To all the folks who want free games! Would you go to work all week and not expect to be paid? These developers etc are doing a spectacular job and all you want is free free free! Please be realistic and buy some of the gear they offer so that they too can put food on the table, pay rent, or mortgage and all the other day to day expenses. Pastor Chris, Australia.

Help! On RC Plane 2, when I “Check Bundle” for the desert pack, it shows either the “Airliner” or the “Carrier” pack! Will I still get my preferred bundle? After all, I already own the airliner pack.

A boost bottom, I’m not being harsh but the correct word is thrusters I would be better if you replace the word boost into THRUSTERS and why does the Black Eagle (Black Bird) have propellers at the rear of the aircraft it should have jets

Phillip, you’ll be able to put various types of engines on the crafts. In this case you see a Black Eagle with propellers but you’ll also have jets, be sure of it.

Well now that you’re saying that it’s an SR-71 Blackbird I have looked closer and you know who the V-22 Osprey has dual tail fins like the modern A-10 Thunderbolt? Well the buildings in the background looked like they were attached to the plane and for the rotors of the Osprey the engines plus the propellers made it look like the V-22. But yes now that I look at it more closely it is the SR-71 Blackbird. Sorry for any of the confusion.

@ Phillipe for the emotocons I have an IPod touch and there is a app that has a bunch of other emotocons, but when search the word ” emoji ” ( name of the app ) there will be a whole bunch of other ones but try to find the free one and the of the app is as following. It has a white outline with a grey background and there are some emotocons on the actual app and they are a heart, a kissy face, a monkey, and a house. So I hope you can find it but you need an ipod touch or an iPhone!

Is it a death camp or military camp
No just me and my family in a tent trailer. For any of you who don’t know what a tent trailer is it’s a trailer but the sides are fabric so they fold down but it has a hard top for rain and stuff. Basically it’s a tent but really big with a hard top on wheels.
Also for further references when I go “camping” it’s with my family and when I ” go to camp” it’s with the random strangers and stuff.
Man I thoug you going for one of those hard core camps where you like live in a tent( with no wheels) in a forest or mountain!
This game is going to be so awesome
Two things, one: today I went flying for real! I actually got to go in a small cessna ( note my city has a very small provincial airport ) well I guess it wasn’t a cessna but basically a small plane that isn’t pressurized but the coolest thing was that it was only a two seated! And that the doors ( that were right beside you ) were like windows cuz they were glass! I got the awesome chance to do this because we have a flying club and every year they have an event called ” first flight for kids ” and the point of it is for kids who haven’t gone in small planes before ( it’s OK if you’ve gone an a big airliner or something ) to have a fun cool experience. And second: I’m going flying again tomorrow! Well not really cuz I’m going to the waterpark and they have a slide that is 72′ tall ( 72 feet ) and it’s called the freefall where it drops completely vertical and you actually fall for one or two seconds then it curves back to horizontal. So that is probably the funnest ( screw you grammar nazis!!! ) and goodest waterside I’ve ever gone one! Luckily it’s going to be and not ! Also I thought I would never say this but I wish summer would end for the season! Luker© also in a fight to the death would would win??? The contestants are ( if you can’t see it’s cat vs dog )

Ha I’ve done that before! In CSEN STall microlight aircraft at the NDA ( national defence academe) in Mumbai india, it seems that my father got in touch with one of is friend wing commander Atulgavadi and got permission for me and the NCC students for a 5 minute fligh ( each) and I held the controls for 30 sec! Before we took off we where briefed on the instruments and how they work!! But I wishthere too was something like a fling club kids, therefore you are a lucky BUM

Well it isn’t a flying club for kids but it was an event sponsored and ruined by the flying club so it wasn’t a kids flying club it was a thing for kids from the club.

Well it was a 30 MINUTE FLIGHT but we didn’t get to hold the controls but that’s because some of the people were like 6 so yeah but it was still awesome!

O I understood that when I did that turn it was about 3.5 G,s that was the turn that I did in that 30 seconds when I was holding the controls, but if you were in that two seater plane than, who many kiddo’s where squashed in that cockpit??? [|] ‘_’
It was only me and the pilot in the normal planes there was eight seats so that means one pilot and seven kids the two swatted had two seats ( you don’t say! ) so that means one pilot and one kid.

Well “the fighter” in RC plane 2 might be the fighter but maybe/probably not the p-51 but it looks like it is the p-51 but I’m not sure.
It is the p-51 mustang I can prove this because the fighter has an air intake under the fuselage ( a big one ) only the p-51 has such intakes ^_^

I know the fa is real fast if you need it to land on the carrier reduse the throttle to land and to take of full thrust

Some ideas are maybe making f-14 tomcats included in the game. Some how make the wings come in and go out. You could also possibly include some types of bombers into the game like B2 spirit stealth bombers or f-117 night hawks. Just some ideas, love the game it rocks!
They are called sweapt back wing, it’s meant for going into supersonic flight, but it has left me too thinking, are there any such planes in the new game

I know adding thermals would be difficult, but i personally would love to see a glider. maybe electric engine on/off or something. v-tails, spoilerons, flapperons, something to be fun and different. powered flight is great, but some silent flight might be a nice beak.

Apple has thousand of engineers working on an operating system, multiple applications, hardwares, softwares, displays, peripherals, accessories, etc. etc.. Frozen Pepper has 3 to 5 engineers working on a SINGLE App. That’s the comparison.

I once saw in a movie were there was a flying blimp in the air that you could fly up to in flight and refuel. The person refueled by connecting a cable to a pipe sticking out of the front of the plane. I thought it would be awesome to add in an update or something
I don’t think they will add fuel for the aircraft in Rc Plane 2.
Y not add fuel they added multiplayer battles were u had to land and restock on bb’s
