1. Q: I made an in-app purchase again and it did not unlock for me. What do I do?
A: Sometimes the in-app purchase experiences glitches and does not unlock. Simply close the app, go back in and make the in-app purchase again. Apple will never charge you twice for something you have already purchased. The last pop-up screen will say you’ve already purchased and you can download again for free.
2. Q: I bought the app on my iPhone or iPad and now have it on another device. The in-app purchases I made are not on the other device. What do I do?
A: Make the in-app purchase again on the new device (using the same iTunes account of course). Apple has records of every app you have ever downloaded and all in-app purchases. You will NEVER be charged twice for the same purchase:)
3. Q: My game is crashing all the time. What can I do?
A: Big 3-D games require a lot of processing power and memory from your device. If you ever have issue with an app crashing a lot, turn your device on and off. This frees up a lot of memory. This will solve 98% of all issues out there. If your device hard drive is almost full, you will also see a lot of apps crashing. If this is the case, you may want to free up at least a gig on your hard-drive.
4. Q: The right stick on my game suddenly disappeared. Where is it?
A: If the right stick disappears, you probably have the accelerometer turned on. To get your right stick back simply–>Hit pause button within game–>click settings–>turn accelerometer off. Go back to game and right stick should now be there.
5. Q: I downloaded the application from my computer but it will not load onto my device. What is up with that?
A: RC Plane 2 and RC Heli 2 only work with…
• iPhone 3GS and above
• 16 GB 3rd gen Touch and above (does NOT work with 8 GB 3rd Gen Model as that device is really a 2nd gen Touch Device).

Does this game have any stats? Please let me know. Not sold if it doesn’t have stats. FLying around with no statistical rewards is not compelling enough to buy this.

@dave & trevor: not sure what you mean with “stats” but the game comes with Gamecenter achievements & scores. This means that your times on tracks (i.e. race mode) will be published on the online scoreboard (if high enough, of course).
Also, everytime you complete a flying lesson you’ll get an achievement tied to your account. This will happen also when you land on a carrier or when you pass under an arch…and much more.
Is that enough?
For rc plane 1 can u make a water plane fir it and a combat mode
Can you make, that the users can select from where they want to take of ( airport selection)?
Can you make a scenario of a Battleflield, with 5 or 6 Aircraft-carriers, tanks, tents
and planes who flies around as alternative for the birds?
I don’t mean the game Battlefield.
Plane bundle battle field includes: 4ch big fortress,4ch flying fortress,f4 corsair and European fighter

Why dont the jets sound like jets. I know they arent ducted but i have seen real rc jets and these on the game just dont sound right. Unless they made a new type of engine and im not aware of it.

I have completed 4 ch. Basic training at least 4 times and it won’t show up in achievements? How can I fix this? It won’t let me progress in flight school
There is a bug in current version of game that prevents the 4ch training achievement to unlock, we have fixed and updated version of game will soon be available on the AppStore . Sorry for the issue…..

You should try restarting your iPad. Also, always keep at least 500mb of free space on your device to avoid low memory crahses. Hope this will help you.

I liked the first rc plane app, and when I heard about rc plane 2 I went to purchase it. Very unfortunately it would not download, instead it gave me this message “this app is not compatible with this iPod touch” I have a 3rd gen touch that is running iOS 4.2 please fix this!

Still waiting for an answer after I’ve had my comments deleted. I need to know how to finish ww2 mission 8, because it still isn’t working. I land at the last strip, but nothing happens and time expires. What’s up with that?
Sometimes can happen the game doesn’t “feel” the landing correctly. Also, it happens more when your landings are a trouble, someway. We’re aware of that, but the mission can be completed as many users did. Are you sure you’re landing on the correct airstrip?

I was just thinking of rc plane 2. Maybe you could put a better stabilizer for the planes when they land. I always seem to get unstable when I land. Good luck!
I bought the fire fighter mission and it worked fine until iOS 5.1 came out it seems. Now everytime I select it the app just crashes. I have tried restarting my device as well as shutting down all the multitasking and restarting, yet nothing seems to work. Please help with this issue.

It’s normal. As long you’re using the same apple id you had the first time, you just have to buy again and you should not be charged. Planes or maps behave like any other thing bought on the AppStore.

Made it to Chianti air strip on WWII mission 8 w/ 4 seconds remaining after the plane fully stopped, and it just kept counting down and said hmmm not so well. WTF?
Just landed w/ 26 seconds left and sat on the runway w/ thumb in @ss until time expired. Landing was fine. As someone suggested, I’ll try from other direction…

What kind of game mode are you playing (airbus or ww2 ops etc..) ?! There should be a yellow arrow pointing in the direction you have to follow, but in any case if you push the pause button there’s a map where every airport is shown. Hope it’s useful!
