Just as new update became available to download we begun getting reports from users not being able to unlock the RC Plane 2 gift. Problem is affecting many users across most of AppStore regions, super sorry for this, an updated version is already on the way.
We have also found a bug with Arcade scoreboards display, update will fix this too, as well as bring further memory and performance optimisations.

I bought the Airbus mode on rc planes 3 and it doesn’t load. I have tried multiple times and left it overnight and it still doesn’t load. It does say when I try to load that it had already been purchased but so far it hasn’t loaded and I haven’t gotten a receipt
If I don’t have Rc plane 2 installed will it still give me the jet
In the new update, the planes float in mid-air on star up. Also, the RCP2 Executive doesn’t unlock for me even though I met the requirement of 2 or more purchases. When picking a plane in the main menu or settings during a flight, pressing the left or right arrow too fast will render it useless. These are all of the bugs I currently have found, but I’m sure if I looked harder and longer I’d find more. Keep up the awesome work, you’re doing great. Perhaps having people test the updates before they are published may be a beneficial decision.
The receipt came and I have been charged but still no Airbus. What is going on? Either deliver the goods or give back the money.
Hi Austin, sorry for the issues you are experiencing with RC Plane 3. From the Main Menu, you can tap your login name (top left of screen) and access you account panel. There you should see a restore purchases button, try it as it should restore your in-app purchases independently from the Frozenpepper account you are using, only important thing is to be logged in with the correct iTunes account as when you made the original purchase. Also, email us at support@frozenpepper.it you username in game and will try to see what it’s happening.
